X’mas Eve dinner with family ^_^

叮叮噹噹,叮叮噹噹,鈴聲多響亮^^回來公婆家撒撒嬌!

 

今晚Family dinner的菜單有:牛肉麵+螞蟻上樹(with 生菜)+炸蝦球+清炒絲瓜+紅燒獅子頭,飯後甜點是Chocolate mousse cake(其實婆婆還準備了鹹湯圓,不過吃完蛋糕,大家都飽呼呼了,嘻!) 

要在舊金山享用到一碗台灣道地的牛肉麵,其實不容易, 哇~朝思暮想的味道,在公婆家就可以吃到,真幸福耶! 

今晚,公公還傳授了”紅燒牛肉”好吃的秘訣! 原來不難,改天iRene要來試試囉 !

Christmas Feast @ friends’ house

這天,如感恩節原班人馬,外加兩隻小狗狗,熱鬧不已喔!

 

這一晚的菜單有:Pigs blood with intestine/Macaroni with chicken/Rice cake/Ham(和麵包球一起吃）/Filipino spaghetti with sweet sauce/Ox tail with peanut butter sauce/Filipino meatloaf/Chicken empanadas/Ox tail Ragu/Steamed Crab/Mushroom with lemon zest. 

 

桌上每一道菜餚,都是Home made喔! 

最後甜點是Vanilla Cheese cake with M&Ms和Fruit tart.

iRene比起大拇指喊讚,跟朋友說:

你們真的是可以開餐廳了,連工具都很專業(如:portable food container and heater).

他們很謙虛地回應: 我們只能為friends and family而cook啦! 哈哈^^    

Private gathering between 3 women^^ 我們先來逛農夫市場,後去Café用餐! 

Apple Cider 和home-made cookies at friend’s house. <還有貓貓的陪伴,真好耶!>

外面氣溫雖低,心裡是暖呼呼的交流,好心情,佔據了整個12月份耶^_^
