2010年拜訪的時後,就該分享了...進度延誤許久,真是很抱歉,

早該介紹這個好所在給大家的ㄋㄟ!

H2 Hotel

Sister hotel to Hotel Healdsburg, it has 36 rooms, all with private balconies or patios. It was built with LEED Gold green building certification. Its in-house restaurant, the Spoonbar, is managed by Chef Louis, who has competed in Bravo’s Top Chef show. The Spoonbar features theme-styled menus that differ from month to month. For example, the current theme is cuisines of the world: On January 27 and 28, it’s The Tavern, which features English pub menu; authentic New England Coastal Seafood Shack will be the theme from February 24 and 25; March 24 and 25 will be the Cuisine of Asia with contemporary Vietnamese, Korean and Thai interpretations.

記得在Yahoo部落格那裡寫過「愛上住飯店Hotel Healdsburg」嗎? 其實,H2 Hotel是Hotel Healdsburg的sister property喔! Hotel Healdsburg比較屬full-service hotel, 而H2 Hotel比較偏向小規模”自助式”(自助式是我自己加的啦, 因為感覺上比較沒有service,舉例來說self service breakfast和no porters,哈哈), 比起附近其它Hotel,這裡的價格,算是走比較平實的了, 旅館的整體設計是走Rustic and Modern簡約風格, simple、clean and eco-friendly也是延續了Hotel Healdsburg的main design.
